PERMANENT MAKEUP TRAINING PROGRAM

Brows & Lips Course (Shading / Ombré Brows — Lip Blush / Baby Lips / Watercolor Technique)

Duration: 5 days (flexible depending on group size)

Format: Theory + Technique practice + Live demonstration + Student practice on models + Certification

DAY 1 — THEORY & FUNDAMENTALS

  1. Introduction to the PMU Profession

– The role of a professional PMU artist

– Ethics, attitude, and client communication

– Hygiene and sterilization (DHA standards)

  1. Color Theory & Pigment Science

– Color wheel and undertones

– Warm vs. cool pigments, correction and neutralization

– Fitzpatrick skin types and pigment selection

– Factors influencing healed results

  1. Skin Anatomy & Healing Process

– Skin structure and pigment implantation depth

– Healing stages and aftercare

– Contraindications and consultation

  1. Equipment & Materials Overview

– Machines, cartridges, pigments, anesthetics

– Machine setup and needle configurations

– Recommended settings for brows and lips

DAY 2 — TECHNIQUE PRACTICE (LATEX / PAD WORK)

  1. Trainer Demonstration on Practice Pad

– Brow shading / ombré technique

– Lip blush / baby lips technique

  1. Student Practice on Latex / Synthetic Skin

– Practicing hand motion, pressure, rhythm, and speed

– Building gradients and smooth transitions

– Working on shapes and symmetry

Focus: mastering machine control and technique precision before live models.

DAY 3 — LIVE DEMONSTRATION & STUDENT PRACTICE (EYEBROWS)

  1. Trainer Demonstration

– Full eyebrow procedure (Shading / Ombré technique)

– Preparation, mapping, pigment selection

  1. Student Practice on Models

– Hands-on work under supervision

– Trainer’s corrections and feedback

If more than 4 students, practice will be divided over two days.

DAY 4 — LIVE DEMONSTRATION & STUDENT PRACTICE (LIPS)

  1. Trainer Demonstration

– Full lip blush / baby lips procedure

– Shape design, symmetry, pigment selection

  1. Student Practice on Models

– Hands-on practice under trainer supervision

– Assistance with technique, saturation, and symmetry

If the group is larger than 4, practice may extend to the next day.

DAY 5 — FINAL DISCUSSION & CERTIFICATION DAY

  1. Review & Feedback Session

– Recap of theory and techniques

– Evaluation of each student’s performance

– Discussion of healed results, touch-ups, and client management

– Tips for work, pricing, and social media

  1. Mistakes & Improvements

– Analysis of common technical errors

– Personalized advice for skill growth

  1. Certification Ceremony & Media Day

– Awarding of certificates

– Group photos and video moments

– Students sign content release agreements for marketing use

This day focuses on reflection, growth, and celebration of achievements.
